- Thrust ball bearings consist of ball, retainer, both shaft and housing washers which contain grooves for the balls.
- This Bearing consists of 3 kinds of grooved washer bearing rings, 2 kinds of cage and ball assembly.
- Aligning seat washers with an aligning surface radius are also available for ease of design and mounting against a flat housing shoulder.
Attention
- The design of Thrust Ball Bearing may not be subjected to any radial load. Thrust Ball Bearings are not suitable for high-speed rotation since lubricant is expelled by centrifugal force.
- When used on a horizontal shaft, a minimum axial load must be applied.
- Care must be taken in handling to prevent damage to the separable rings and ball assembly.
